Corporate Sales Executive
to join our team and take the lead on new business development.
The Role:
We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Corporate Sales Executive to identify, target, and secure new corporate accounts. This is a pure
new business "hunter" role
- ideal for someone who thrives on the thrill of the chase, enjoys building relationships from scratch, and is passionate about creating opportunities where none previously existed.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, research, and engage prospective corporate clients
Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to generate new business opportunities
Pitch tailored solutions that address client pain points
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market intelligence
Lead the full sales cycle - from initial contact through to contract negotiation and close
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and handover process
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in a solution-based or consultative environment
Experience winning new corporate accounts from the ground up
Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
Results-driven mindset with a hunger to exceed targets
Tenacity, resilience, and a self-starter attitude
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Familiarity with CRM systems
