The role
We are recruiting an experienced Corporate Sales Executive to drive new business growth and manage high value B2B relationships. This role is suited to a commercially astute sales professional who brings proven experience, understands complex client needs and can confidently manage the full sales cycle from day one.
You will be selling premium corporate driving events, hospitality packages and bespoke experiences to UK businesses, agencies and senior decision makers. This is not an entry level role. We are looking for someone who can immediately add value, open doors and close deals.
Key responsibilities
Winning new corporate business through proactive outbound sales activity
Identifying and engaging senior decision makers within target organisations
Designing and selling bespoke corporate driving and hospitality packages
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract close
Growing revenue from existing corporate accounts and reactivating lapsed clients
Building long term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Accurately managing pipeline activity through CRM systems
Working closely with events & operations teams to ensure exceptional client delivery
Consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets
What we are looking for
Proven track record in B2B or corporate sales, ideally within events, hospitality, experiential, leisure or luxury sectors
Experience selling high value, bespoke or consultative solutions
Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and decision makers
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Comfortable managing long sales cycles and multiple opportunities
Self motivated, professional and results driven
Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management skills
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential due to office location
