Role Overview:
We are looking for Corporate Sales Managers with proven expertise in high-value sales and strong networks among high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), entrepreneurs, and business leaders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition and closing investment-driven migration opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, connect, and engage HNWIs and investors interested in residency or citizenship by property/business investment in the UK and other global destinations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships within Bangladesh's business and affluent communities.
Assess client needs, qualify leads, and present tailored investment migration solutions.
Deliver property investment presentations and address client inquiries with professionalism.
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams (property consultants, legal, and finance experts) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate sales targeting HNWIs, business owners, or C-suite executives.
Proven track record of closing high-value sales, preferably in real estate, investment, or financial services.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
Tech-savvy with advanced IT and research skills.
Dynamic, energetic, and client-focused with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
Experience in international travel (5+ countries preferred).
Valid driving license and access to personal transport.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
