Following sustained growth and with further expansion planned, we're now looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales function at our Dunsfold site - home of the former Top Gear track.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, results-driven sales professional to take charge of a growing corporate client base and lead a small team of Sales Executives. You'll play a hands-on role in driving new business, managing key account relationships (e.g. Red Letter Days, Virgin Experience Days), and ensuring the team hits and exceeds revenue targets.Working pattern is Monday to Friday with flexibility depending on event schedules.
What you'll be responsible for:
Lead, manage and develop a small team of Sales Executives, leading by example and coaching performance.
Handling inbound corporate and group sales enquiries from both agencies and direct clients.
Driving outbound sales activity using AI tools, CRM, and proactive outreach to secure new B2B corporate clients.
Managing and growing key account relationships with corporate partners and experience agencies.
Overseeing pricing, proposals, and contracts to ensure margin and volume targets are met.
Building strong internal relationships with operations and events teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Reporting on sales performance, pipelines and forecasts to senior leadership.
What we're looking for:
Proven background in corporate sales, account management or B2B business development.
Previous team leadership experience, with the ability to coach and motivate others.
Strong communication and influencing skills - both written and verbal.
Confident in using CRM systems, data tools and AI-assisted lead generation platforms.
Highly organised with a commercial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (occasional travel may be required).
