Corporate Sales Manager

The Role
As our
Corporate Sales Manager
, your mission is to build and scale corporate partnerships that bring JAB's high-performance experience to teams across London. You'll drive B2B sales strategy, secure bulk membership deals, and work directly with HR and People leaders at some of the city's most influential companies. This is a
high-impact commercial role
with major visibility and room to grow -- perfect for a self-starter with deep ties in the corporate wellness or premium fitness market.
Responsibilities
Own the Corporate Sales Strategy
: Build and execute a high-performing B2B pipeline -- from lead generation through to signed deals, onboarding, and long-term relationship management.
Drive New Revenue
: Proactively target businesses, especially in and around EC1 and the City, to establish corporate membership packages, employee wellness programs, and executive fitness initiatives.
Leverage Your Network
: Use your existing corporate relationships to gain fast traction. Tap into HR, People, and Benefits leaders to position JAB as a standout perk and wellbeing partner.
Create Tailored Offers
: Design compelling corporate packages that meet the unique needs of different companies -- from discounted group memberships to bespoke team training sessions or onboarding activations.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
: Work closely with our marketing, operations, and studio teams to create impactful sales presentations, host immersive corporate events, and ensure seamless experiences for all B2B clients.
Track and Optimize
: Maintain accurate CRM records, track deal progress, and report on KPIs like revenue, conversion rates, and account retention. Continuously iterate on what's working.
Elevate Brand Presence
: Represent JAB at corporate wellness events, local business forums, and networking groups to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
What You Bring
Proven B2B Sales Chops
: 3-5+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the fitness, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong Corporate Network
: You've got warm leads and contacts within London-based companies -- especially in EC1, the City, or Tech/Finance sectors. Your Rolodex opens doors.
Wellness Credibility
: You understand how fitness fits into corporate culture, employee benefits, and mental/physical wellbeing strategies.
Strategic Hustle
: You know how to target key decision-makers, craft personalized pitches, and close high-value deals -- but you also roll up your sleeves and follow through.
Commercial Creativity
: You can design win-win offers, structure flexible deals, and think entrepreneurially about how to add value to our partners.
Communication Pro
