We're looking for a Corporate Senior HR Manager to join our London-based head office team and play a pivotal role in driving people strategies across our luxury hotel portfolio in Europe and beyond.
In this role, you will:
Lead and support global HR projects and cross-regional initiatives
Partner with hotel HR teams and corporate leaders to elevate engagement, development, and performance
Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment legislation, and company standards
Deliver key people programs that support a high-performance and service-oriented culture
You'll be a trusted HR business partner, helping shape our people experience and supporting leaders to deliver on our brand's commitment to excellence.
What We're Looking for:
Essential
Strong experience in HR management, ideally in a multinational or hospitality environment
A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work across cultures and regions
Sound knowledge of UK employment law and an understanding of HR practices across Europe
Confidence in managing the full employee lifecycle, HR operations, and HR projects
Collaborative approach with a passion for people
Desirable:
Background in hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service-focused industries
CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
