Senior HR Manager, you will play a key role in driving the HR strategy and overseeing its implementation across the business. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring HR practices are aligned with business goals, and work to foster a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the company's business objectives and vision.
Develop and implement HR strategies that promote business transformation, leadership development, and organisational growth.

Qualifications
CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent) and proven experience in a HR leadership role.
