Job Overview
RecQuest is working with a leading law firm to recruit a talented Corporate Solicitor for their newly launched Bournemouth office. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior solicitor to help shape the firm's corporate offering in the region, working closely with an established team and gaining exposure to high-quality transactional work.
What You'll Be Doing:
Advising on a broad range of corporate matters including transactions, reorganisations, and governance Supporting M&A activity, including PE-backed acquisitions and disposals Collaborating with specialists across the firm on due diligence and deal execution Handling company secretarial tasks and filings Building relationships and contributing to business development in the Bournemouth market
What They're Looking For:
0-4 years PQE with a genuine interest in corporate law Commercially minded and confident working on transactions Strong communication and organisational skills Proactive, collaborative, and keen to take ownership

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00-65,000.00 per year
