Eventus Legal are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join a highly successful law firm based in Huddersfield. This role is a permanent position in a modern, close-knit team. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, company pension and employee discounts.

Role responsibilities

The incoming Corporate Solicitor will be joining an award-winning, dynamic, Company Commercial team with a vast array of regional, national and international business clients and specialisms. As well as this, you will be working alongside the Partners in the team, managing your own caseload of clients. The work will include:


Share and asset sales/purchases Mergers and demergers Corporate restructures Share buybacks Shareholder agreements Share incentive schemes Partnership agreements Investments Secured lending Company constitutional activities.

Person specification

Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors, with a minimum of 3 years PQE. You will have experience across all areas of Corporate Law and you will be able to manage a caseload without supervision. Client care skills are paramount as is a high amount of I.T capability.
