Job Description

We seek a solicitor with at least three years of PQE to join our growing corporate team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working on various corporate and commercial matters.

With offices in London, Brighton, Eastbourne, Hastings, and Ulverston, we support clients nationwide - from start-ups and SMEs to larger businesses with national and international reach.

You will manage your own caseload while contributing to a strong and collaborative team, advising on business sales and purchases, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, loan agreements, and more.

We are particularly keen to recruit a solicitor who is proactive in building client relationships and contributing to the firm's corporate and commercial profile.

The role is based in our centrally located London office at 29 Lincoln's Inn Fields, WC2A 3EG, just a short walk from the Royal Courts of Justice in the heart of the legal district.

Key requirements:

Qualified solicitor with a minimum of three years of PQE Experience in a range of corporate and commercial matters Strong client care and communication skills A proactive and commercially minded approach Ambition to develop professionally and contribute to the firm's growth
If successful, you will receive a competitive salary, negotiable depending on your previous experience, with bonus arrangements to be agreed.
