Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and passionate 'foody' to join our busy Fintans team.

(we currently have vacancies at our Whitchurch, Llanishen & Pentwyn stores).

You will be required to have a knowledge (and preferably experience) of food preparation/food safety practises, have a strong attention to detail...and be happy to be on your feet for your shift as it can get very busy!

Our successful staff member will be trained in all aspects of our business, working front of house & assisting with food preparation, leading on to supervisory roles.

Your responsibilities will include:

Food preparation Cooking fresh meals from our extensive menu Taking and preparing food orders, Dealing with online orders Taking payments Assisting with cleaning (and washing up!) Closing the shop and cashing up.
Hourly rates range between 7-12.50 depending on your knowledge, experience and what you can bring to the role.

We reward hard work and commitment to the job...and always take Sundays off for a day of rest!

please note this is not an exclusive list of duties, you may be required to carry out additional roles to ensure the smooth running of the business.
We do not employ 'Saturday staff' , all staff will work a mix of day, evening and Saturday shifts as part of a rota.*

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.50 per hour
