Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards Serve customers efficiently while ensuring their satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area and kitchen Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is advantageous Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices Understanding of food safety standards and regulations Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members Ability to upsell products while maintaining a friendly demeanour A passion for providing outstanding customer service
