Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Counter Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is vital to our mission of providing outstanding service and quality, contributing directly to our customers' experiences and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness at the counter. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience. Manage cash transactions efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a restaurant or food service environment. Strong skills in food preparation and safety practices. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with upselling techniques is a plus. Strong time management skills to ensure timely service.
