Summary

We are seeking a motivated Counter Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and delicious food, contributing to our mission of quality and excellence.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for food and customer service.
