Counter Sales Assistant
Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer-Focused Sales Counter Assistant to join our busy parts counter team in Culloville, Armagh.
Responsibilities:
Serve customers at the sales counter in a friendly and professional manner
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in person
Offer expert advice and assistance with automotive parts and product selection
Restock shelves and manage stock levels on the shop floor
Support general store operations and help ensure a clean, organised workspace
Carry out other duties as assigned, based on capability and workload
Requirements:
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A solid working knowledge of car parts is essential
Previous experience in a similar counter sales or parts advisor role is an advantage
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills for handling sales and inventory systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 22,880.00-34,672.68 per year
Schedule:
Flexitime
