We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Counter Staff to join our Pizza Franchise New Open in Craigavon. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to food safety, ensuring that every customer enjoys a delightful experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area, including regular cleaning of equipment and utensils. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as necessary. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle basic maths calculations for order processing and transactions efficiently.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Students are most welcome for part timejob, training providing form us. Familiarity with food safety standards and culinary practices is advantageous Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
