Here at La Dolce Vita, we believe our people are key to our success and we're growing our team! We are currently recruiting for a full-time Counter Supervisor in our LDV Warrenpoint Outlet.

Roles & responsibilities include:

Supervising daily operations at the counter, ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety & hygiene regulations. Train and mentor staff on counter procedures, upselling techniques, and customer service best practices. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Taking customer orders in store, by phone and online accurately Competent using EPOS systems and cash handling duties Communicating with kitchen and pizza area to ensure fast and efficient service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Have you got what it takes?

Essential requirements:

Experience of a similar role within a catering/hospitality or comparable customer facing environment

Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations

Recent experience in a supervisory or management position

Desirable requirements

Experience of working within a takeaway environment

Leadership & management training
