Job Description
Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Countryside Maintenance Operative
Duties involve vegetation clearance, fencing, post installation and the use of hand tools. Walking distances and regular lifting required.
The position involves regular map reading and light administration duties.
This position is based outdoors.
Excellent customer care skills and a genuine interest in the environment / ecology an advantage.
Experience of land based / horticultural and carpentry works an advantage.
Driving license essential.
Qualifications in the use of chainsaws / brushcutters advantageous.

5 days per week Monday to Friday.
Based within a commutable distance of Crawley Down, West Sussex
Salary dependent upon experience
Qualifications
Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance roles preferred. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is advantageous Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.

Pay: 25,396.00-25,688.00 per year
