Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced

Business Development Manager

to join our team. This key role involves identifying and securing new courier contracts, building strong relationships with clients, and managing day-to-day courier bookings and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact and secure new business with companies requiring courier services Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business Manage and coordinate daily courier bookings efficiently Liaise with drivers and clients to ensure timely collections and deliveries Handle incoming client queries and provide excellent customer support Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and communications Achieve monthly business development targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in courier/logistics sector) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and under pressure Confident using email, phone, and booking systems (training provided if needed) A proactive and results-oriented attitude
