Course Coordinator
to join our supportive and dynamic team.

Part-time, 20 hours per week, paid hourly
Post-Probation:
Eligible to convert to full-time (40 hours/week, salaried position)
Key Responsibilities
1. Course & Academic Operations
Plan course schedules and manage teacher timetables
Maintain student database and track learning progress
Support preparation of teaching materials and organise course resources
Update website course information and assist with email newsletters
Process student enrolments and support admin related to invoicing
2. Office & Administrative Support
Oversee daily office operations
Prepare and present weekly operational updates in team meetings
Coordinate classroom bookings and schedule Zoom sessions
Maintain files, inventory, and office procedures
3. Student & Teacher Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for students and instructors
Respond to enquiries via email, phone, and in-person
Support internal communication and collaboration across the teaching team
4. Recruitment & Training Assistance
Support recruitment processes and coordinate interview schedules
Organise onboarding for new instructors
Assist in improving internal policies and operational workflows
5. Data & Marketing Support
Collect and analyse course performance data for reporting
Support marketing initiatives, school events, and social media content (e.g. LinkedIn) to promote brand visibility
About You
Passionate about education and administrative work (experience in teaching or education is an advantage)
Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above)
Proficiency in Japanese or Korean is an advantage
Competent in digital tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Zoom, Notion, and Wix
Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Eligible to work in the UK with existing work authorisation
