Location: Birdie Golf, Porthcawl
Birdie Golf Porthcawl is looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Golf Course Marshal & Buggy Attendant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a good understanding of golf who enjoys working outdoors and helping golfers have the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
Course marshalling to maintain pace of play and uphold course etiquette
Upkeep, cleaning, and basic checks of golf buggies, electric trolleys, and push trolleys
Preparing buggies and trolleys for daily use and ensuring they are well presented
Offering golfer services including cleaning golf clubs and golf shoes
Assisting golfers with queries and on-course support using sound golf knowledge
Keeping buggy areas, trolley bays, and work areas clean and organised
About You
Good knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and pace of play is preferred.
Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Pay & Hours
Pay: National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
Hours: Flexible, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
Work Location: In person
