Community Care / Court of Protection Lawyer

Location: Liverpool (Hybrid & Remote Options Available)

Salary: Up to 50,000 DOE

Are you an experienced Community Care or Court of Protection Lawyer looking for your next opportunity?

Our client, a respected and progressive Liverpool law firm, is seeking a dedicated lawyer to join their specialist team.

The Role:

You will manage a varied and meaningful caseload, including: Community care matters Mental capacity issues Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) work Court of Protection applications and disputes Best interests decisions Advising vulnerable clients and their families Legal aid funded matters This role offers the chance to make a real impact while working within a supportive and highly skilled team.

About You:

At least 2 years' PQE in Community Care and/or Court of Protection work Experience with DoLS matters Strong knowledge of Legal Aid funding Confident managing your own caseload Excellent communication and client care skills, especially with vulnerable individuals A team-focused approach
