About the Role

Join our multi-skilled team of bakery assistants, helping to create our range of breads and confectionery products. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality items and ensuring we continue to deliver the excellent customer satisfaction we're known for



Here is What You Can Expect to be Doing

Production, baking and packing various bakery products Working across multiple production lines Set up and run machinery used for the manufacture of bakery products to set specifications Completing of documents and records accurately Manufacture safe, quality food by following all relevant Health, Safety, Environment and Food Safety standards and working practices General housekeeping, and maintaining the cleanliness of the production areas Moving equipment such as trolleys and racks safety Adheres to site processes and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation to produce and deliver unbeatable quality products

A Few Things About You

To be a positive and organised individual Experience of working within a similar role is desirable Level 2 in food safety and hygiene would be preferable, but training can be given Excellent interpersonal and communication skills To be enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated Have a positive outlook and enjoy working as part of a team, leading by example Good written and verbal skills with a good level of numeracy Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others Willing to work a flexible shift pattern which include weekends and Bank Holidays
