Mini Gears (Stockport LTD) is an award-winning engineering Company that manufacture and supply a wide range of gears and machine components worldwide to various industries. The Company is currently looking to strengthen its workforce with the appointment of the following position:

MANUFACTURING - MACHINE FEEDER / PRODUCTION OPERATIVE



The primary objective of this role will be to operate various machines to manufacture tracks, racks and other components in accordance with our company's quality standards.

You will be responsible for:

Feeding various metal materials into machines, Operating machines to produce tracks and racks and other machined components, Quality checking work, Packing finished products, Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace.
The ideal candidate will have the following:

Experience of working within a manufacturing environment. Experience of working in a target driven environment Quality Awareness Continuous Improvement Understanding and maintaining 5S

Hours of Work:



39 hours per week

Monday to Thursday 13.45pm to midnight

Benefits:



Pay rate: Pay rate: 12.21 per hour plus shift rate

6 weeks holiday plus statutory holidays
