Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our care facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in care management, with a particular emphasis on dementia care and assisted living. As a Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents while leading and supervising a team of dedicated professionals

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Lead and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional care delivery. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, particularly those with dementia. Foster a positive environment that promotes resident well-being and dignity. Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly. Maintain accurate records of resident care and staff performance, ensuring confidentiality is upheld. Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to facilitate comprehensive care for residents. Ensure that all staff receive appropriate training and development opportunities in line with best practices in home care.

Skills

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong background in dementia care, nursing home management, or assisted living environments. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with residents, families, and staff members. Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Understanding of regulatory frameworks governing care homes and home care services. A compassionate approach to caregiving that prioritises the needs of residents.

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
