Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to join our team at Zen Healthcare. This role is pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring exceptional service delivery while managing staff and resources effectively. The Clinic Manager will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of care and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage CQC inspections, ensuring the service is always inspection-ready with up-to-date documentation and records. Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient service delivery. Supervise and manage clinic staff, fostering a positive work environment. Implement financial management practices to maintain budgetary compliance. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Develop strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and clinic performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field. Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager, with a minimum of 1 years in a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, the Health and Social Care Act, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures that maintain and improve care quality. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team. Solid understanding of financial management principles. Experience in human resources practices is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 15.50-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 21 per week
