What You'll Do
As the Registered Manager, you will:
Lead, inspire and develop a growing care team
Manage
CQC compliance
and ensure safe, high-quality care delivery
Oversee
client assessments, care planning and onboarding
Handle
feedback and complaints
to drive continuous improvement
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and local professionals
Support the
recruitment, training, and development
of care staff
Work closely with the
Franchise Owners
to grow the service and explore new business opportunities
About You
We're looking for a confident, professional leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and building a positive, supportive team culture.
You'll need:
Proven
leadership experience
in domiciliary or healthcare management
Excellent knowledge of
CQC regulations and compliance
A
Level 5 qualification
in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Strong communication, organisational, and people skills
A
proactive, resilient, and customer-focused
approach
Valid UK driving licence
and access to a car
Willingness to undertake a
CQC DBS check
