Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and operational management of care services Ensure full compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance frameworks Lead, motivate, and professionally develop a dynamic care team Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and client outcomes Manage complex operational challenges with innovative solutions Oversee risk management and safeguarding protocols Maintain exceptional standards of client care and engagement

Professional Experience

Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Registered Manager Demonstrable track record of successfully transforming care services Proven ability to achieve CQC ratings of Good or Outstanding Extensive experience in staff recruitment, development, and retention Strong track record of client and stakeholder engagement

Pay: Up to 44,000.00 per year
