Care Home Manager
to lead a small residential service in Oxfordshire.

The Role
As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the home and ensuring compliance with
CQC standards
and statutory requirements.
Your main duties will include:
Inspiring, leading, and supporting staff to deliver outstanding care.
Promoting a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
Overseeing occupancy levels, budgets, and resources.
Working in partnership with families, professionals, and regulatory bodies.
Implementing and maintaining safeguarding frameworks, including DoLS.
Championing residents' wellbeing, independence, and personal choices.
About You
We're seeking someone who is approachable, motivated, and confident in decision-making. You will bring strong leadership qualities and a commitment to best practice in care.
Essential criteria include:
A
Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification
(or the willingness to achieve it).
A track record of managing teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, supportive approach.
Own transport (mileage allowance available).
CQC registration
(required).
