Good News NWK is seeking a Registered Manager to lead and grow our CQC supported living service for younger adults with learning disabilities.

This is not just a management role - it's a chance to shape the future of a growing organisation. You'll start by managing one supported living home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care, and then play a leading role in opening and registering new services as we expand.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and inspiring staff to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice. Building positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and staff. Driving continuous improvement, service growth and innovation. Working flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends when required.

What we're looking for:

At least 2 years' management experience in learning disability or supported living services. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and positive behaviour support. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards). Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. A visionary, values-driven leader who can balance day-to-day management with future growth. A strong personal commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring these are embedded in all aspects of service delivery.

Salary is dependent on experience, but a starting salary of

than 30-35,000 PA would be offered for this role.
