We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Registrations Manager to oversee the registration processes within our organisation. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all registrations are handled efficiently and accurately, contributing to the smooth operation of our services. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire registration process from initial inquiry through to completion.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of registration records in our database.
Oversee clerical tasks including filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline registration procedures.
Utilise Google Suite for documentation, scheduling, and communication purposes.
Assist in training new staff on registration protocols and software usage.
Maintain an organised office environment to support efficient operations.
Complete CQC Application forms and help submit to CQC
Review Policies and Procedures
Create Compliance documentation to support CQC Application Forms
Skills
Proficient in computerised systems with strong data entry capabilities.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Solid clerical skills including familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
Demonstrated phone etiquette for professional communication with clients.
Experience with administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not essential.
