About the role

We're looking for a creative assistant with a keen interest ingraphic design, social media, photography and shortform video content to join our creative team and elevate us against our competitors. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about visual storytelling and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

A varied and exciting role creating and planning impactful sharable content from video reels, graphics and eye-catchingstory frames to assisting the team in executing the social strategy across all our social media channels. Confident in capturing short form video content on an iphone in both our show gardens and on location shoots. As part of the role you will also be responsible for product studio imagery throughout the year organising samples, shooting, editing and uploading to our portal. As a creative assistant you will also be responsible for designing graphics for print and digital use, from instore point of sale to assisting with catalogues and producing large format designs for shows and events.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design: Design and create eye-catching on brand point of sale for our customers to use in store, designing and preparing for print (inhouse). Assisting with catalogues andcreating bespoke show signage and pos, thinking outside the box of how we can stand out, we are able to print in house with multiple different materials to choose from, so the possibilities are endless! All whilst always ensuring everything is designed on brand and has a cohesive look.

Asset Creation: Produce and direct image and video assets for use across all marketing and ecommerce channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, catalogues, and promotional materials.

Social Media: Assist in creating and executing a social media strategy, collaborating with the wider marketing team to innovate, create, schedule and publish content that attracts and engages our core customer segments. Develop creative behind-the-scenes videos, stop motions, product stories and reels, using our show gardens, showroom, and studio. An ability to write exciting copy and an interest in the latest trends to ensure we are up to date and capturing new audiences.

Influencers and UGC: Briefing influencers and UGCcreators to deliver on a content plan, finding on brand influencers and social media creators that align with a shared vision.

Studio Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the photography and video studio, managing the shoot schedule, organising samples and ensuring equipment is maintained and organized.

Asset Library Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date asset library of all visual content, ensuring all photos, videos, and assets are properly labelled and retouched, readily accessible for marketing and sales purposes.

Seasonal Lifestyle Shoots: Assist with 3-4 seasonal lifestyle photo and video shoots per year. Creating on location short form videos of behind the scenes and exciting product shots to highlight key details and USPs.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience creating video/photographic contentusing both a DSLR and Iphone, with a strong portfolio of product, lifestyle, and social content.o Proficient in photography, video editing and designsoftware e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, canva, cap cut or similar software Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
.o Strong communication and collaboration skills, working closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and external partners.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring creative ideas to the table. A passion for design, gardening and interiors - you know what good looks like and how to achieve it

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
