Creative Content Creator and Social Media Manager wanted

We offer a one-stop shop for our clients, which has gained us a great reputation in the market.

We're currently looking to add a Content Creator and Social Media Manager to our team - someone that can bring creative flair, who has super organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

As a Content Creator you will play a pivotal role in enhancing clients' online presence through social media and website to attract new customers. The role requires someone with the ability to come up with news ideas, create and develop a range of content, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and website content. You will be working with a diverse range of clients across different sectors, adding plenty of variety to the role.

The successful candidate should be work unsupervised and have the able to identify content opportunities and come up with fresh ideas. Paying great attention to detail and being able to communicate clearly with clients is also a key part of this role.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop content strategies that align with their brand identity and target audience. Create engaging content that resonates with audiences across various platforms, including websites, social media and email newsletters. Implement SEO best practices to ensure that all content is search engine friendly and optimized for increased visibility. Produce high-quality content that ranges from attention-grabbing social media posts to insightful blog articles. Work closely with clients to gather feedback, refine content and align with their vision. Design graphics for social media using Canva or Photoshop.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience (preferably 3 years+) as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role. Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to create content that resonates with specific target audiences. Familiar with SEO principles and the ability to integrate keywords effectively. Full training will be provided if needed. Social media savvy with experience using all major platforms. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and approaches.
Pay: 26,000 basic salary
Holidays: 26 days plus bank holidays
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 - 5
