We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
Create and develop compelling graphics, images, and layouts for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print collateral.
Partner with designers, marketers, and content creators to ideate, develop, and execute design concepts and visual layouts.
Expertly prepare, edit, and enhance images and graphics using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ensure all visual communications adhere to and reinforce our established brand identity and guidelines.
Organize and manage design files, templates, and shared digital asset libraries for optimal team efficiency and access.
Actively participate in creative sessions, offering innovative ideas and solutions.
Assist in the end-to-end production process, including proofing, quality assurance, and preparing final artwork for both print and digital delivery.
Proactively research and apply knowledge of contemporary design trends, tools, and industry best practices to elevate our creative output.
Requirements
Proven ability to create and deliver high-quality visual assets for diverse digital and print media.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of effective collaboration in cross-functional creative and marketing environments.
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to maintaining rigorous brand consistency.
Skilled in organizing, structuring, and managing design files, templates, and digital asset libraries.
Solid understanding of end-to-end production workflows, including proofing protocols and final file preparation for various outputs.
A strong creative mindset, paired with an awareness of contemporary design trends, tools, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or a directly related role.
A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or an equivalent relevant field.
