Creative Designer

The Creative Designer will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of LLexeter's growing family of brands. Working closely with internal teams, you'll create compelling visuals that drive engagement, support promotional campaigns, and enhance the customer experience across all digital and physical touchpoints. From packaging and web graphics to social content and UX design, your work will directly influence how our brands are seen and remembered.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Asset Creation

Design graphics and promotional assets for web stores, social media, email campaigns, and product launches. Produce digital content aligned with brand guidelines across Lexmoto, Talaria UK, Full-E Charged, and other LLexeter brands.

Studio Collaboration

Work alongside a team of creatives in our in-house studio to develop campaign visuals and branded content. Take part in brainstorms, moodboarding, and collaborative feedback sessions.

Packaging & Print Design

Create product packaging, instruction inserts, and branded materials that enhance product presentation.

UX/UI Design

Support user interface projects by designing intuitive web elements and ensuring consistency across platforms.

Email & Mailer Design

Design engaging B2C and B2B emailers and direct mail that supports promotional activity and dealer communication.

Brand Guardianship

Ensure all output maintains consistency with brand values, tone, and design systems. Support ongoing development of visual style guides where needed.

Skills & Experience:

Strong portfolio showcasing design across digital and print Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma) Experience in social content creation and email design Knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive web design Understanding of packaging design and print production processes Ability to take a project from concept to completion Excellent time management and attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
