Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who efficiently and accurately produces well thought-through, high-quality digital, brand and print creative work that meets briefs and delights clients to agreed deadlines, while contributing to Storm12's overall marketing activities.

If you have a strong foundation in visual design, typography, and color theory, as well as the ability to generate original and innovative ideas, we would be interested to meet you.

Responsibilities



Delivering creative work that is thought-through and based on a solid understanding of the brief. Ensuring creative work is accurate, error-free and meets the client brief. Following Storm12's processes. Meeting agreed deadlines and working efficiently. Creating brands, website designs, motion graphics, literature, creative campaigns and anything in between. Exploring and understanding latest design trends and web stuff Work with Account/Project Management team on creative projects Collaborating with other team members / departments to improve creative outputs Contribute creative ideas in internal and external meetings Working with Junior Design staff in an educational capacity

Skills, Qualifications & Experience



Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office Familiarity with industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Creativity Creative Cloud Animation / Motion graphics 3D rendering would be an advantage Impeccable spelling and grammar Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication skills Strong organisational skills
The creative design field is constantly evolving, so designers need to be adaptable and willing to learn new skills and technologies.

Qualifications



Proven experience in previous Creative Design roles Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving A solid understanding of design principles and software Degree or associate degree preferred but not essential, if you can demonstrate natural talent, self development and/or experience through 'on the job' learnng. A portfolio of creative skills will be required
