Purpose of the Role



The key aspect of the role is creating digital assets for a wide range of platforms, including print, websites and apps, email, social media, display advertising, and eCommerce for a world leading retailer.

Main Duties



Responsibilities will include designing print and digital assets, testing them, and optimizing them based on their performance. Responsibilities also include staying up to date on industry trends and the latest design software and AI platforms. Create print and digital assets (static, video) for a range of platforms (print, social, display advertising, eCommerce, websites, mobile app and email). Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings. Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Iterate new designs based on user feedback. Create website assets from hero design to web animations. Design and develop homepages, landing pages, and email concepts. Create and execute concepts for print & digital advertising. Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for print, digital innovation and AI. Collaborating with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand.

Skills Required



Considerable proven previous experience at a brand, studio, or agency. Proven experience in a similar role. HND/Degree in a relevant subject Solid knowledge of design software programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premier Pro and Figma. Experience creating print and digital assets for a variety of target audiences. Strong portfolio showing the breadth of design capabilities. A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills. An ability to work independently and collaboratively. Meticulous accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. An understanding for brand guidelines and digital/social platforms. The ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard.

Pay: Up to 35,000.00 per year
