Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 7:30am until 4pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Purpose of role
The Creative Team Lead will be a dynamic integrated designer joining a Creative team, based at our Onshore Delivery Centre in Leeds supporting a leading global law firm based in London. You will be an independent thinker, able to work closely with clients and the global delivery team.
As part of the team, you will be responsible for representing the department, delivering exceptional design content for both print and digital platforms as well as contributing to strategic campaigns.
You must have an understanding and passion for taking content and representing this in an impactful and engaging way across appropriate print and digital communication channels. The key to the role is the delivery of innovative and creative content execution across media with a consistent look and feel.
We are looking for someone with a 'can-do' attitude, willing to put forward ideas and have a keen eye for detail. Ensuring that all work sent out is to the highest standard and within brand guidelines. The candidate should be an extremely organised and dedicated individual with strong communications skills.
The work is very fast moving and often requires the application of judgement. You will be required to interpret numerous client instructions and translate those requirements into 'branded' concepts and final designs, which work in both the digital and print spaces. The Creative Team Lead will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the offsite team.
Key responsibilitiesTo provide integrated creative solutions and campaigns that bring to life the content and 'brand' design
Liaise with the client in a professional and helpful manner, proactively managing their expectations
Support the business to manage and deliver Client work, right first time on time
Interpret and challenge the brief requirements, offering the best solution for clients
Take responsibility for escalating or resolving, as appropriate, any client issues, regularly communicating updates to the Studio Manager
Help deliver the best branded solutions to the Client and market
Proactively providing Clients outstanding printed and digital marketing collateral, in compliance with brand guidelines
Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts whilst working with the Creative Director
Experience working with design principles of animation and moving image
To use the workflow software and adapt to any existing procedures within the team
Provide technical input and advice on print and digital projects as required
Produce final files for print and write print specs
Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Creation of infographics
Quality checking and accuracy
To lead and develop the team through 1-2-1's, team meetings, development and performance reviews
To develop and up skill the team to focus on digital solutions
Ensure that the workload and team is staffed correctly i.e. absence and holidays
Personal attributesWe require an extremely organised and dedicated individual with strong communications skills, and an advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Print, digital/moving image design along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Essential core skills required:Formally design trained with a relevant qualification in graphic design or relevant industry experience
Able to develop compelling concepts and offer innovative design solutions within corporate design guidelines
Confidence to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues
Ability to balance work on several projects at a time o Understand and anticipate clients' needs and expectations
Innovative with the ability to implement problem solving initiatives
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, After effects, Dreamweaver
Skill in animation/motion graphics is key
Video editing using Adobe suite is essential
HTML skills essential, Knowledge of SharePoint
Designing and coding campaign micro sites and landing pages
Working knowledge MS Office skill
