At BLK BOX, our mission is to create world-class strength equipment, trusted by the best coaches, gym owners, and athletes worldwide.
We're looking for a Creative Lead to own and enforce BLK BOX's visual identity across all channels and markets, digital and print. This is a hands-on lead role: you'll design and produce key assets, set art direction, and run a tight creator pipeline while keeping our brand system sharp, accessible and compliant.
What You'll Do
Own:
BLK BOX's visual identity across channels/markets; apply consistently in digital and print.
Design:
Campaign visuals, social assets, web assets, sales decks, email, event and sales collateral.
Partner:
with the Head of Marketing to design campaigns in alignment with strategy, calendar and channel plans.
Manage:
Brand guidelines, templates and toolkits.
Build:
A creative pipeline of external creators (freelancers/photographers/agencies) to support brand/content growth.
What You Bring (Must-Haves)
A passion for health fitness & wellness.
3+ years in brand/marketing design (in-house brand or brand-led agency) with a portfolio showing brand lead application and campaign work.
Strong Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma design skills.
Proven shoot direction and print production experience (shot lists, colour profiles, materials, finishes).
Track record running a multi-stakeholder creative pipeline to deadline with clear quality control.
Clear communicator who can present, take feedback and move fast without compromising standards.
Highly organised, ownership-led, comfortable switching between strategic alignment and hands-on making.
Bonus If You Also Have...
E-commerce and Email familiarity (Shopify, Klaviyo or similar).
Motion/video capability (Premiere/After Effects or equivalent).
Experience building regional variants and localisation toolkits.
