We are seeking a

dynamic and highly creative Creative Project Manager

with strong expertise in

graphic design, multimedia production, and videography

to lead our promotional and business development initiatives. This role requires a blend of

strategic thinking, creative leadership, and hands-on production

, ensuring projects are delivered with excellence from concept to completion. You will play a key role in shaping our brand presence and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute innovative

creative marketing and promotional campaigns

. Develop compelling visual content -- including

videos, motion graphics, graphics, and digital designs

-- for social media, websites, advertising, and business presentations. Lead the creative process from brainstorming and storyboarding to final production, ensuring all outputs align with

brand strategy and business objectives

. Collaborate closely with

marketing, sales, and product teams

to produce promotional assets that engage and convert target audiences. Manage

timelines, budgets, workflows, and vendor relationships

to ensure smooth and timely delivery of all creative projects. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to refine creative strategies and maximize results.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design

, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

3+ years of proven experience

managing creative projects in marketing, advertising, or business development environments. Strong proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and professional video editing tools. Solid understanding of

branding, digital storytelling, and content strategy

. Excellent

communication, coordination, and multitasking

abilities. A strong creative eye paired with a

strategic mindset

and exceptional attention to detail.
