UX Media is looking for an exceptional

Project Manager

to lead the delivery of marketing and creative projects across a vibrant 12-brands - home to some of the most iconic venues in the bar and restaurant scene.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role. You'll sit at the heart of a multi-platform content and social rollout, managing a team and working alongside the social media managers and video production team. From iPhone shot social content to cinema quality ad creative, we're producing everything under one roof - and you'll be the person who makes sure it all runs smoothly, on time, and on brand.

What You'll Be Doing

Project Management: Own the project timeline, calendar, and delivery deadlines across all content formats. Team Coordination, work alongside social media managers, and our video production team. Client Communication: Be the day-to-day point of contact for the brands marketing team, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism. Content Calendar Ownership: Maintain Notion our live content calendar aligned with seasonal moments, campaigns, venue events, and organise twelve to eighteen shoots a month. Creative Oversight: Ensure content is on-trend, on-brand, and built with business impact in mind -- especially for, influencer, UCG and community engagement campaigns. Scheduling shoots for the month, organising travel logistics and how the team is distributed. Always looking to elevate the content we're producing, looking for the next level.

You Should Apply If...

- You've led social/content projects with multiple stakeholders or brands.

- You're a natural organiser - proactive, deadline-driven, and able to juggle priorities. With an eye for detail - this is key! We're not aiming of good, but excellent.

- You've worked in an agency, media company, or high-growth production team.

- You have filming and editing experience.

- You speak fluent "TikTok, Instagram and Facebook" and understand what makes high-performing content.

- You can manage people confidently but kindly - and keep a team energised.

- You're comfortable in a client-facing role and can speak clearly to KPIs, calendars, and workflows.

- Weekend availability is required to support teams on shoots if issues arise, troubleshoot live issues, and work alongside our video production team during key campaign moments. Occasional overnight stays and working away from home may also be part of the role.

Travel Requirements:

You'll need to be able to drive and have access to a car, as the role involves visiting venues across the country. All fuel and travel expenses will be reimbursed in line with our company policy. There is also flexibility for occasional remote working when not on-site.

Bonus Points For:

- Previous experience in social media management , filming or marketing --please provide examples of your work.

- Previous work in hospitality, nightlife, or event-based brands.

- Knowledge of influencer/UCG campaign coordination
