This role combines website management and design with graphic design work. We ask that you apply only if you have all the skills listed below and are happy with the commuting distance.
Who We Are:
Northern Diver is a close-knit team of four creative minds (soon to be five?) on a mission to make waves in the world of diving gear and specialist rescue equipment. We work hard, have fun, and love bringing innovative products to life.
The Role:
We are on the lookout for a creative, flexible, and web-savvy team member to help us take our digital presence to the next level. If you can run a multi-company website in your sleep, improve design and functionality, boost online sales, and think globally, we want to hear from you. Bonus points if AI is your friend and you know how to make it work for the business!
Working Hours:
This role is full- time hours only. Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 17:00 pm. Join us in our vibrant, newly built office--this role is fully on-site!
What You'll Be Doing:
Working on our custom-built website like a pro: uploading content, updating pages, and keeping everything looking fresh.
Improving the site's design and functionality - basically, making it irresistible to visitors.
Growing our online presence and sales, with an eye on reaching a global audience.
Creating, editing, and uploading eye-catching visuals and marketing materials.
Tracking web performance, product popularity, and sales trends.
Spotting the best markets for our products and finding clever ways to advertise them.
Understanding costs, checking competitiveness, and making recommendations.
Working independently or teaming up with the rest of the creative crew - whichever the project demands.
Managing multiple projects at once, keeping cool under pressure, and meeting deadlines without breaking a sweat.
Bringing creativity and fresh ideas to the table - a degree in design is nice, but being clearly creative is even better.
Full training will be given on product knowledge.
Who You Are:
Experienced in running successful multi-company websites.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
Comfortable using a custom back office and able to upload content efficiently.
Creative, flexible, and a problem-solver who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented but happy to fly solo when needed.
Interested in AI and digital innovation.
Ready to meet deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, and keep a sense of humour while doing it.
Why You Will Love Working Here:
A close-knit, friendly team.
Free parking and a great location near motorway and train.
Brand-new, purpose-built offices that make coming to work a pleasure.
A chance to make a real impact on the business and help grow our global presence.
If you're ready to dive in and make waves with us, we would love to hear from you!
