The Role:
The successful Creche Manager will hold a minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification and have prior experience in a senior role within a nursery or creche environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Building and leading a diverse, customer-focused team in a highly service-driven setting
Developing strong relationships with on-site partners, leadership teams, and the local community
Ensuring children are engaged in fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities
Maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, safety, and security
Leading the planning and delivery of activity programmes and contributing to the ongoing development of the setting
Promoting organisational values and delivering an excellent customer experience

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification
An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (we can assist with this if not already in receipt)
Experience working with children aged 3-10 years
Previous experience building, leading, and developing teams
A strong background in customer service, hospitality, or a similar people-focused environment
The ability to develop a clear vision for the setting, supported by creative and engaging programmes
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 and completing basic administrative tasks
