We are seeking a Credit Controller Administrator to join our finance team. This position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software to effectively assist the accounts manager.
Responsibilities
Payroll -Clock Card & Timesheet
Annual leave
Inputting supplier invoices onto Sage software
Processing of sale orders
Reconciling bank statements weekly /credit card statements monthly
Contacting suppliers by email and phone to resolve invoice queries
Reconciling monthly supplier statements
Generating EXCEL Spreadsheets
General administrative duties e.g. expenses, petty cash, hotel bookings
Requirements
:
Must have 1 year experience with the software SAGE
Proven experience in credit control or a similar role within an accounting environment.
A good understanding of EXCEL
Ambitious, professional, honest, and hard-working
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
UK Driving Licence desirable
