In this role, you'll lead and oversee the Credit Control team, driving process improvements to boost efficiency. You'll also assist with management reporting and resolving historical ledger issues, all while supporting and developing a high-performing team. You'll build strong, collaborative relationships across the business -- working closely with the Financial Controller to stay on top of key customer issues, supporting your Transaction Team to develop and handle escalations, linking Finance with internal departments to keep things running smoothly, and proactively engaging with external customers to ensure payments come through quickly and accurately.
