```Job Overview:``` We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the credit control process, ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices and maintaining positive relationships with clients. ```Duties:``` - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and take appropriate actions - Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on outstanding payments - Negotiate payment plans with customers who are facing financial difficulties - Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes - Maintain accurate records of all communication and actions taken - Collaborate with the sales team to address any credit-related issues - Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers - Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to credit control ```Qualifications:``` - Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Familiarity with accounts payable processes If you are a dedicated professional with a strong background in credit control and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
