We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Full-Time Credit Controller/Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing our credit control processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also assist the sales office team with day to day admin tasks, sales orders, answering the phone and other various duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
Contact customers to resolve overdue accounts and arrange payment plans.
Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
Prepare regular reports on credit control status and outstanding debts.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing discrepancies.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients regarding their accounts.
Requirements:
Previous experience in credit control or a similar role essential.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Working Hours:
40 flexible hours to suit your schedule per week. Less 30 mins unpaid lunch per day.
