We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Credit Controller / Telesales Operative. This is a dual role, offering the opportunity to combine strong customer service and organisational skills with a proactive approach to sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Making outbound calls to customers regarding overdue invoices, resolving queries, and arranging payment plans where necessary.

Building and maintaining positive customer relationships through excellent communication.

Making telesales calls to existing and prospective customers to promote products/services and secure sales.

Recording and updating customer information accurately in the system.

Working with the wider team to achieve individual and company targets.

Supporting general office and administrative duties as required.

About You:

Previous experience in credit control, telesales, or a customer-facing role is desirable .

Confident telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult conversations.

Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.

Flexible to work occasional Saturdays on a rota basis.
