Your Role



As a

Credit Hire Litigation Executive

, you will oversee

motorcycle Credit Hire claims

from defense stage to trial or settlement, ensuring outstanding damages are recovered effectively. You'll liaise with third parties, conduct legal research, prepare witness statements, and contribute to successful case outcomes.

What You'll Do



Claims Management:

Handle post-defense claims, managing cases efficiently from defense to resolution.

Legal Research & Case Preparation:

Draft legal proceedings, rebuttal arguments, and briefs to Counsel.

Court Proceedings:

Attend hearings (virtually or in person), instruct Barristers, and ensure cases comply with CPR rules.

Negotiation & Settlement:

Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure optimal case outcomes.

Collaboration:

Work closely with insurers, clients, and internal teams to proactively progress claims.

What We're Looking For



Litigation Expertise:

Previous experience handling RTA litigation across Small, Fast, Intermediate & Multi-track cases.

Credit Hire Claims Knowledge:

Background in handling litigated Credit Hire motor claims (motorcycle experience preferred).

Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills:

Ability to manage complex legal discussions.

Organizational Excellence:

Time management and attention to detail are a must.

Tech-Savvy Approach:

Experience using case management systems & Microsoft Office tools.

Self-Motivation & Resilience:

Ability to work remotely, meeting SLAs & KPIs while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Salary:

30,000 to 45,000

Location:

Remote (Work from Anywhere!)
