We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven

Administrator - Crested Goods

to support our Embroidery/Crested Goods order-processing department. You will help drive our continued growth by ensuring crested orders flow smoothly from initial request through to production.


Key Responsibilities:



Reporting to the Crested Administration Team Leader, you will:





o Process orders, samples, and approvals for both internal and external production lines


o Review, analyse, and action the daily order report


o Communicate clearly with internal teams and external vendors regarding any order changes


o Handle enquiries promptly, professionally, and efficiently


o Accurately enter order information and artwork, ensuring seamless handover to production


o Follow all organisational policies, including Health & Safety and record retention standards





About You:



You thrive in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure. Confident working independently or as part of a team, you bring:


o Strong organisational, administrative, IT, and customer-service skills


o A proven ability to work to strict lead times


o A keen eye for accuracy and detail


Experience within the embroidery industry is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
